This day, the analysis was focused on feeling and emotions of investors and how both traditional and behavioral finance cohexists in the mind of investors and actual shareholders, esepcially when making decision on how to lead a professional team or a professional sport league. Feelings and emotions. play a crucial role in behavioral investments, but also in the way that shareholders take decisions about how to lead the company. Feeling and emotions can create a need, leading the investor to decide to invest money because a self-esteem or self-actualization need (Maslow hierarchy or needs). Passion for a particular sport or club, reflection of aspirations and values, convergence in terms of commitment to the community can all be feelings that can favor an investment, specially in the sport entertainment industry where teams are always committed in different campaigns to help minorities and difficult communities. The social responsibility is one of the aspects that can leverage the most on feelings creating a Corporate Social Responsibility Approach in managing and leading the company. Manchester United is one of the top soccer clubs in the most important soccer league in the world: Premiere League. Manchester United is the team with the most fans worldwide and the most successful one on many different social platforms. The financial aspect of the club plays an important role in attracting new investors and in making strategic financial decisions in managing the club, but the behavioral component can be considered as important as the financial part. This internship is changing my managerial perception of the sport industry.
