Gabriel Grego

Managing Partner and Portfolio Manager at Quintessential Capital Management, a long/short global equity fund based in NYC.  I specialize in value investing and deep, investigative-style due diligence. My specialty lies in detecting, investigating, shorting and exposing public fraudulent or criminal corporations. I hold a BA from Tufts University and an MBA at SDA Bocconi. I have a passion for martial arts and whenever I have the opportunity, I like to travel to thailand to work on some martial arts like Muay Thai and Kickboxing. I live in NYC, but I am planning to move to Europe, probably to Milan, being able to travel between Europe and United States to meet clients worlwide. Milan is the city were I grew up until 18 years old, when I decided to come to the United States to pursue my dream of entering in the financial world of Wall Street. After getting my Bachelor's Degree, I decided to go back to Italy to do a MBA in Finance in SDA Bocconi that is the most prestigious university in Italy. I like to travel and to discover new cultures and traditions. I travel a lot for work, but this doesn't affect my passion for tourism traveling, even if I don't have much free time.
